Petitioner challenges the order of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Namakkal, passed in Crl.A.No.55 of 2020 on 12.10.2020, whereunder, the order of confiscation passed by the second respondent, was confirmed.

2. The respondent has seized a two wheeler-Hero Passion Pro bearing Reg.No.TN 28-BB01485 belonging to the petitioner in connection with the case registered in Crime No.83 of 2020 on its file for offence under Section 4(1)(a) of TNP Act, and then under Section 14(4) of TNP Act, 1937. The petitioner has moved Crl.A.No.55 of 2020 before learned Principal District & https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Judge, Namakkal, for setting aside the order of the respondent. Such petition came to be dismissed under orders of the Court below dated 12.10.2020 and hence, this revision.

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submits that pursuant to the order of the confiscation and the dismissal of the appeal, the confiscated vehicle had been auctioned.
