This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.12.2016 and the complaint preferred by M/s.REPCO Bank Ltd. dated 05.04.2017.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
