The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 304(A) of IPC in Crime No.654 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner for his non-appearance before the trial court on 17.07.2019 in C.C. No. 377 of 2014, and further contends that the
petitioner was not served with summons in connection with the said proceedings.

This Court cannot delve into such factual aspects; moreover, it is well-settled that anticipatory bail cannot be granted for the non-appearance of an accused before the trial court.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned trial Court by filing an appropriate application. Upon such application being filed, the concerned Court is directed to dispose of the same on the same day. 19-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order VEDA To 1.The Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur Police Station, Kancheepuram District.
