This petition has been filed seeking direction to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose M.P.No.285 of 2017 in M.C.No.484 of 2012, within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The petitioners filed M.C.No.484 of 2012 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., in which, maintenance amount was not paid. The petitioners have filed M.P.No.285 of 2017 in M.C.No.484 of 2012 under Section 125[3] Cr.P.C.

4.It is submitted by the petitioner that no orders have been passed in the said petition so far.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this court directs the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of M.P.No.285 of 2017 in M.C.No.484 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
