This petition is filed to condone the delay of 378 days in representing the C.M.A. award against the judgment and decree dated 02.09.2016 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.42 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
