Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in K1/WRS.38/2015 (14417/2013) dated 09.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to change the classification from Anadhenam and issue Ryotwari Patta in favour of the petitioners in regard to the lands in Survey Nos.136/1=0.67.0 Acres and 136/4=0.82.0 Acres in the Village of Pudupattinam, Thanjavur Taluk and District.
