ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.03.2018.
The learned Advocate General today circulated a communication in which shows that in PE 218/2018/PUB/HQ dated 18.07.2018 a preliminary enquiry has been ordered based on the information furnished by Tr.R.S.Bharathi, who is the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18091 of 2018. In so far as the other petition is concerned, the information furnished by the petitioner will be taken note of in the course of investigation. Taking note of the guidance of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India laid down in Lalitha Kumari's case, enquiry has to be completed as expeditiously as possible. If the petitioner or any person feels that there is any undue delay in enquiry, they are given liberty to knock the doors of this Court at appropriate time.
With this observation, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
