It is stated that an enquiry had been conducted and necessary orders had been passed and also the order had been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is also stated that the land in S.No.529 of 2015 situated at Walajabad, is a temple land and that the petitioner does not have any patta for the aforesaid land. Recording the said statement, this Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
