ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 to produce in person the body of the petitioner's son viz., M.Sathish Kumar, detained by the State police from 21.08.2021, before this Court. 2.
On 20.10.2021, Mr.Gupta Ravi, Advocate, made a mention that one Sathish Kumar, son of Murugan, is in the illegal custody of the police and so, he has filed a habeas corpus petition in the Registry in H.C.P.No.SR37202 of 2021 and sought for lunch motion.

This Court refused lunch motion, but, directed the Registry to number the habeas corpus petition and post the matter today (21.10.2021).

Today, we directed the Registry to number the habeas corpus petition and list the same at 12.00 noon, since the alleged detenu Sathish Kumar appeared before us in the morning. Accordingly, the petition is numbered and listed before us at 12.00 noon.

Heard Mr.Gupta Ravi, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Diwakar, learned counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Sathish Kumar appeared before us and we did not find him to be in the illegal detention of anyone. However, we directed Sathish Kumar to go with his counsel and accordingly, he left the Court with his counsel.
