Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the claim of the applicant has been settled by the respondent. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application.

seen from the report submitted by the Advocate Commissioner, two attempts were made by the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle from the respondent. The Advocate Commissioner was initially paid a renumeration of Rs.30,000/-. The Advocate Commissioner seeks payment of additional remuneration. This Court fixes a sum of Rs.10,000/- as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.

3. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
