Sni Appeal along with condone delay petition in CMP.No.1909 of 2023, wherein, the delay has been condoned by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized of the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
