ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to conduct survey the land and to demarcate boundaries in respect of the property comprised in survey No.356/1 356/2A situated at Koo.Kuttapatti Village, Kadayampatti Taluk, Salem District based on the online application dated 22.6.2023 in application no.2023/0105/08/404923. 1/4

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 22.06.2023 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
