ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to Crime No.4 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after due trial, the petitioners were acquitted by the Additional Mahila Court, Kovai.
3. Since the petitioners were already acquitted, I am of the opinion that no further order is required in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
