2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent/Insurance Company.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. The petitioner would aver that due to financial constraints and due to ill-health, delay of 717 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 717 days shall stand waived.
