(By D.Krishnakumar,J.,) This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the rejection order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent in Community Certificate Online Application No.TN-5202312127525. The petitioner also sought a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue Community Certificate to her daughter E.Sarojini without insisting to submit the community certificate of blood relation and after conducting proper enquiry..

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Revenue Inspector, Thirumullaivoyal Firka, Avadi Taluk had conducted an enquiry and submitted a report dated 10.08.2024 to the Tahsildar, Avadi in Oo.Mu.No.242 of 2024, stating that that the petitioner's daughter belongs to MBC (Boyar) community and therefore, she is entitled for MBC (Boyar) Community Certificate.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application to the Tahsildar/R2 herein, seeking for MBC (Boyar) Community Certificate within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the same shall be considered by the 2nd respondent and appropriate orders be passed thereon in the light of the proceedings dated 10.08.2024 of the Revenue Inspector within two weeks thereafter. 2/4
