The plaintiff has died.

2.These applications have been filed to bring on record the legal representatives as 2nd to 4th plaintiffs in the suit and as 2nd to 4th applicants in A.No.2045 of 2022 and in A.No.2044 of 2022. Both those applications are filed seeking to pass final decree and for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the defendants also. 4.It is only appropriate that the legal representatives of the plaintiff are permitted to prosecute the suit further. The defendants have also filed their written statement. Naturally, issues arise and the legal representatives of the plaintiff are required to proceed further with the cause, for which the plaint had been instituted.

Smv 5.In view of the above reasonings, the present applications are allowed. Necessary amendment to be made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff in the plaint and also in A.Nos.2044 and 2045 of 2022 indicating that the plaintiff / applicant has died and bringing on record her legal representatives as 2nd to 4th plaintiffs in the suit and 2nd to 4th applicants in the applications. Time is granted for carrying out such amendment till 11.11.2022. Amended plaint copy and amended copy of the two applications to be served on the counsel for the respondents.

6.Call the matter once again on 11.11.2022.
