ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to register the Sale Deed dated 16.06.2025 based on online Token Temporary No.TP/222917898/2025 and Reservation Serial No.1 (D-301) dated 16.06.2025 on the file of the 3rd Respondent.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in Survey Nos.33/3A2 and 33/3B situated at Amani Village, Veerachipalayam, Sankaragiri Taluk, Salem District by virtue of partition deed registered as Document No.516/2007. Petitioner with a view to sell the subject property made an online registration in the registration portal which was numbered as TP/222917898/2025 on 16.06.2025. It is stated that the same has not been registered till date. Hence this writ petition.

4. At the outset, it is submitted by Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents that the petitioner may represent the 2/4

documents for registration, and that the same would be registered by the appropriated authority, if it is otherwise in order.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to re-present the document for registration before the appropriate authority. The concerned respondent shall consider and register the document if it is otherwise in order, if for any reason the registering authority finds that the registration ought to be refused, the same shall be done assigning reasons. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law.
