This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the CA.SR.No.33818 of 2025 filed against the judgment dated 30.08.2024 Spl.SC.No.37 of 2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Cases, Tiruvannamalai Division.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 144 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
