A.No.4829 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the demise of the 1st plaintiff in the above suit.

A.No.4830 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused as against the 1st plaintiff deceased Mangaiyarkarasi Vijayakumar. A.No.4831 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the respondents/proposed defendants Vijayakumar, Mrs.Sumathi, Mrs. Sudha and Mrs. Rekha being legal representative of deceased 1st plaintiff Mangaiyarkarasi Vijayakumar in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause title.
