ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.565 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.314 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take all their defence before the trial Court during trial.
