2 M.NEELAMEGAM 3 M.TAMIL SELVAM Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS or any other Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus (i) Calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Pa.Ma.Ma.No.205/2018/A2 dated 12/02/2019 and quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 12/02/2019 and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to restore the name of T.N.Thangarathna Theetchidar in the Property Tax Register No.092/019/00280 (Old No.8950) in respect of the property bearing door No.134/54, East Car Street, Chidmabaram (in WP.No.20437 of 2020) and;
(ii) Calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Pa.Ma.Ma.No.092/001/1/18-19/0004656 dated 12/02/2019 and quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 12/02/2019 and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to restore the name of T.N.Thangarathna Theetchidar in the Water Connection No.092/019/00044 (Old No.8049) in respect of the property bearing door No.134/54, East Car Street, Chidmabaram (in WP.No.20440 of 2020). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Tuesday, the Twenty Sixth day of April Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 02.09.2021 and letter dated 12.04.2022 vide D.No.259/2022 from the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram in the presence of MR.M.SIVAVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.P.SRINIVAS, Standing Counsel for the 1st Respondent and of MR.G.PUGAZHENTHI, Advocate for the 2nd and 3rd Respondents in both the petitions, this court made the following order:- Acceding to the request made by the Sub-Ordinate Judge, Chidambaram in D.No.259/2022 dated 12.04.2022, time granted in order dated 02.09.2021 is extended by another four (4) months from today. -sd/- 26/04/2022 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
