The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to issue an interim injunction restraining the fifth respondent herein from alienating the property as per present subdivision order of the fourth respondent in new Survey Nos. 709/1D1 and 710/3A1 and new Patta no.5746 situated at Neelambur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim injunction.

Accordingly this interim injunction petition is dismissed.
