The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to issue an interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned order in T.R.No.2022/12/10/00635SD dated 16.08.2022 passed by he fourth respondent.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim stay. Accordingly these interim stay petitions are dismissed.
