ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband seeking the transfer of MC.No.25 of 2023 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupattur to

the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri to be heard and tried along with HMOP.No.124 of 2022.

2. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after contest, HMOP.No.124 of 2022 has been disposed of by the Family Court, Dharmapuri on 19.02.2024.

3. As HMOP.No.124 of 2022 has already been disposed of, the MC proceedings cannot be transferred to be heard and tried along with the aforesaid HMOP and this transfer civil miscellaneous petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
