Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

2. The revision has been preferred, seeking expeditious disposal of HMOP No.33 of 2023, pending on the file of Family Court, Mannargudi. P.B.BALAJI.,J.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has moved Family Court, seeking dissolution of marriage in 2023 and despite trial having commenced, HMOP No.33 of 2023 is still pending and has not been disposed of finally.

4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the revision with a direction to the Judge, Family Court, Mannargudi to dispose of HMOP No.33 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
