Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 & 2 to issue Tender forms / application with schedule to the petitioner and receive the filled in application from the petitioner and permit him to participate in the auction now scheduled on 04.08.2016 or such other revised dates as per the Notification No.2/2016 dt.1.7.2016, No.3/2016 dt.6.7.2016 and No.4/2016 dt.8.7.2016 read with the circular dt.21.07.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent with respect to the auction for cutting and removing of trees in the Tiruvannamalai - Villupuram National Highways 234 and award tender to the petitioner in the event of He being the successful bidder.

Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the tender form/ application sought for by the petitioner has been furnished to him based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions given by Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader. Hence, he seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2.In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, in the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.

3.This Court also appreciate the endeavour taken by Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader in that regard.
