Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to furnish the petitioner with a copy of the enquiry report in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5087 of 2019.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondent to furnish a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner, in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5087 of 2019.
2. This Court, by order dated 06.06.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.5087 of 2019, filed by one Sunkara Karthik, directed the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, Puducherry to complete the enquiry based on his complaint lodged against the 2/5
delinquent officials. The petitioner's contention is that despite the order of this Court, enquiry report has not been furnished to him.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.
4. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner is not the complainant and is therefore not entitled to the preliminary enquiry report. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
