O R D E R

This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife to withdraw the proceedings in HMOP No.46 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court at Thiruvallur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram District.

2. When this matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/husband filed a memo stating that the respondent died. The said memo is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
