2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is pending in this case.

3.In view of the submission made by the Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
