..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to issuance of separate patta in favour of the petitioner and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.81/ 20 measuring an extent of 1800 square feet property situated within the limits of Vasudevanur village, Chinnasalem Taluk and Kallakurichi district on the basis of the online application dated 05.01.2026. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 05.01.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 05.01.2026 before the respondents for issuance of separate patta on her favour and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.81/ 20 measuring an extent of 1800 square feet property situated within the limits of Vasudevanur village, Chinnasalem Taluk and Kallakurichi district. However, the said application was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 05.01.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,

directs the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 05.01.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
