( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Friday, the Twenty Ninth day of October Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11136 of 2021 IN CRL OP.15647/2021 MURALI [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, SIPCOT POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.201/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 15647 of 2021 dated 06.09.2021 on condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Cr.No. 201 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 06.09.2021, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 06.09.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. All other conditions remain unaltered.
