The Succession Certificate was issued on 25.07.2017. This application has been taken out seeking to amend the same in respect of the name of the 2nd petitioner.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the nature of the amendment sought for, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to surrender the Succession Certificate with the Registry and the Registry is directed to carryout the amendment in the certificate already issued.

3. The amended Succession Certificate shall be issued by 30.08.2019. 07.08.2019 dsa 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
