ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the wife of one Ramesh, aged about 32 years. According to the petitioner, Ramesh has been found missing from 07.11.2016 onwards. Since he is not secured by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.Today, the detenu was produced by the second respondent before us. He submitted, that he would join with the petitioner. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, we find that there is no illegal detention and therefore, we are unable to grant any relief sought for, by the petitioner. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
