The petitioner/husband has come out with present Transfer Petition to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.2067 of 2016 filed by the respondent/wife for divorce, pending on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.
2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that parents of the petitioner are chronic diabetic patients for 25 years and they need petitioner's attention and care. In such circumstances, it will be very difficult for the petitioner to attend the hearing before the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, in H.M.O.P.No.2067 of 2016.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the materials available on record, the reason given by the petitioner for transfer H.M.O.P. from III https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Additional Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, is not valid and accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
