This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against Spl.C.C.No.105/2019 on the file of Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Case under POCSO Act, Coimbatore (Mahila Court, Coimbatore in Spl.c.C.No.116/2019) vide his order dated 27.03.2023.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
