Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall appeal before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m order dated 22.03.2018 by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.8318 of 2018 Crime No.43 of 2018 in pending investigation on the file of respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.GUNASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8318 of 2018 on 22.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.8318 of 2018 on 22.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pudhucherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.8318 of 2018 on 22.03.2018 is relaxed. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
