Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the petitioner shall appear before the respondent polic daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 13073 of 2018 dated 9.5.2018 in Cr.No. 1840 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, N-1, Royapuram, Police Station, and may also be pleased to pass any other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SANTHANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13073 of 2018 on 09.05.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.13073 of 2018 on 09.05.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.13073 of 2018 on 09.05.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
