and charge sheet was also made ready on 23.09.2014 itself. For filing the said charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Attur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks permission.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the learned Magistrate is directed to receive the same and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, both the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
