PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents relating to the order of the first respondent in letter No. 15350/J1/2003-1 dated 25.7.2003, quash the same and forbear the respondents herein and their subordinates from transferring the students of the petitioner institution to other engineering colleges without the concurrence of the petitioner.
