ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue a patta for his land situated at Vengikkal Village comprised in Survey No.233 measuring an extent of 2160 sqft., in his name and consider petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2020.

2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

3. The petitioner claims that he is in occupation of 2160 sq.ft., of land in S.No.233/1 of Vengikkal Village in Tiruvannamali District, that would be assigned to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The 4th respondent is now required to hear the petitioner and all those who are likely to be affected by his act and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2020 within a period of twelve(12) weeks from today. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
