CMP No.9440 of 2016 in CMA SR No.34735 of 2016 T.RAJA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order to declare 2nd and 3rd petitioners viz., K.Johnsy and K.Altrine as major. As they were all minor at the time of accident, the tribunal has directed not to withdraw the share of the minors until they attain majority.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners has produced the birth certificates and Transfer Certificates of both the petitioners.

3. Since 2nd petitioner viz., K.Johnsy was born on 18.02.1991 in KMC, Madras and 3rd petitioner viz., K.Altrine, was borne on 06.06.1996, they are declared as major and CMP No.9440 of 2016 is ordered.
