This petition has been filed to suspend the judgment and the decree dated 17.09.2018 in O.S.No.315 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif's Court, Panruti as confirmed by the judgment and the decree dated 24.02.2021 in A.S.No.53 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Panruti.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
