O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner as provided under G.O.Ms.No.199 dated 12/08/1997 with all consequential and attendant benefits. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent produced a copy of the order issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Textiles, Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Foulkes Compound, Thillai Nagar, Salem in proceedings No.IHT/HB/455/2016/Vol.VII/2607 dated 21.09.2017, stating that the services of the writ petitioner has been regularized along with other CLTS based on the Judgment received from the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench on OA/310/00972/2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 21.10.2016. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed by the respondents. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be under taken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
