These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 544 days in filing the above criminal appeals.

2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the private respondents herein, based on which a case has been registered against them. The Trial Court convicted the private respondents, against which, they preferred an appeal in C.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2017, respectively. The Lower Appellate Court set aside the conviction of the respondents, against which, the present appeals have been preferred by the de-facto complainant.

3.Mr.G.Mohanakrishnan, learned counsel takes notice for the private respondents in both the appeals. He has got formal objection in allowing these petitions.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay stands condoned and the petitions are ordered. 29.11.2023 rsi Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if they are otherwise in order.
