The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner resigned from the company on 16.05.2023 itself and the relevant forms were filed on the file of the Registrar of Companies. The cheque itself is alleged to have been issued only on 31.03.2024, when the petitioner has got nothing to do with the accused company.

In view thereof, finding prima facie case, let there be an interim stay till 25.07.2025.
