This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue suitable direction to the third respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.06.2021. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the third respondent police on 18.06.2021, thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that in this case compromise entered and they amicably settle the issues between them. To that effect, the petitioner has given a letter to the third respondent and the same is produced before this Court. The conclusion of the enquiry report is yet to be served to the petitioner.

4.In view of the same, the respondent police are directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner would take appropriate action in the manner known to law.
