ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.54507/2011, R2 dated 18.01.2012 signed on 01.02.2012 and quash the same.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a notice was issued by the first respondent on 01.02.2012 seeking to cancel the allotment given to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the said notice was issued without following the procedure contemplated under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. 3.

Upon notice, Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader has entered appearance for the first respondent. Mr.N.Varadarajan, learned counsel appears for the second respondent.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent would follow due process of law before taking any further action https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned notice dated 01.02.2012.

5. Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
