The present application has been filed to amend the prayer in Arb.Appl.No.1002 of 2026 with respect of the address of the first respondent in the prayer has mentioned as Door No.2701, opposite KPR Mill Gate, Periyar Colony, AnupparPalayam (PO), Tirupur - 641 instead of 590/1A, Ganesh Nagar, PitchampalayamPudhur, North Tirupur, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu-641603 in the affidavit and No.126/3, Nethaji Street, Kalarampatty, Salem, Tamil Nadu-636 015 instead on 590/1A, Ganesh Nagar, PitchampalayamPudhur, North Tirupur, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641 603.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied with the same, the present Application is ordered as prayed for.
