ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2021 as per the order passed in CMP.No.913 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur dated 27.07.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.591 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 447, 427, 506(1) IPC and the same is under investigation.
