Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the file of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.A2/3278/11(W.C.144/05) dated 31.05.2011 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to set aside the ex parte order dated 02.03.2011 and restore the W.C.No.144 of 2005 to decide the same on merits after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner.
